Job summary

You will collaborate with subject matter experts, manage reviews, and publish manuals, diagrams, and online help on tight schedules.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in English or related field and 5+ years of technical writing in a tech environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field
5+ years of technical writer experience or equivalent
Excellent written grammar, communication, and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail, prioritization, and decision making abilities
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a global, fast-paced environment
Independent thinker who works well in a team
Proficiency in PC tools/software (Microsoft Office)

Responsibilities

Accurate writing, editing, proofreading, formatting, and publishing of technical documents to ISO/TS quality standards and company guidelines
Interfacing with internal subject matter experts to synthesize technical content into customer-centric documents
Coordinating and supporting formal document reviews, feedback implementation, and publication
Producing projects in a timely manner, ensuring deadlines are met
Create/edit graphics and figures (screenshots, block diagrams)
Other activities and responsibilities as required
