Job summary

Zohorecruit in Annapolis, MD, is seeking a Training Specialist (Level 2) with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph work scope. The role designs, develops, and delivers high-impact technical training for defense and intelligence personnel, drafting documentation and delivering classroom and web-based instruction to large audiences.

You will mentor junior staff, build realistic scenarios around SIGINT, RF theory, and wireless technologies, and produce student guides, assessments, and SOPs aligned with

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with a current Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical/engineering field plus at least 9 years of relevant technical/engineering experience.
• Alternative: 13 years of documented technical training and engineering experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in instructional design and development of courses, assessments, and visual aids.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and instruct instructor-led and web-based technical training courses, student guides, slides, practical activities, and assessments.
• Deliver technical briefings and instructional modules to military, intelligence agency personnel, and large technical audiences.
• Analyze operational systems and user feedback to identify training gaps and modernize curriculum and instructional plans.
• Author, review, and finalize SOPs, user manuals, training documentation, and technical publications.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior instructional personnel involved in systems and equipment training.
