Job summary

Nightwing is seeking a Technical Trainer to lead training development and delivery for a large program area. The role requires collaboration to ensure objectives are met, SME integration, and standardization of training materials, with training conducted at Nightwing facilities and CONUS sites.

The successful candidate will have a TS/SCI with Poly clearance and extensive experience designing, coordinating, and refining training through feedback and assessments.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to design structured training frameworks that immerse trainees in exercises and meet objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 12+ years in a training environment or related field.
• 12+ years of experience working with customers in a classified environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and integrate real-world scenarios into training programs.
• Immersion training that places learners in representative situations.
• Develop standardized courses and ensure instructors have required tools.
