Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required; ability to work independently and in teams is essential. The role emphasizes in-depth targeting research, producing briefings for diverse audiences, and interacting with customer personnel at all levels.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting HUMINT operations or familiarity with the Intelligence Community.

• Experience independently starting and finishing a project with minimal guidance.

ATS is seeking Senior Technical Targeting Analyst to support a client’s operational requirements in a challenging, dynamic setting located in the Washington Metropolitan Area. The positions require an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance. There is no exception to the clearance requirement. Successful candidates will work well in team environments and will be capable of operating independently with minimal supervision. Candidates will be expected to effectively interact with customer personnel at all levels within the customer organization. The positions require prior experience in supporting HUMINT operations or familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrated experience conducting in-depth targeting research and analysis on target priorities
• Produce written products and briefings for peers, partners, and leadership across a range of technical backgrounds to drive collaboration, shape project direction, and inform decision-making
• Demonstrated experience and ability to communicate complex information and concepts to an audience.
• Demonstrated experience and interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
• Demonstrated experience creating network diagram from various data sources
• Demonstrated experience manipulating and parsing files of various structures and unstructured formats and extracting relevant technical data
• Demonstrated experienced using command line-based shells to interact with Windows and Linux
• Demonstrated experience applying deep understanding of computer network exploitation concepts of project and toolsets.
• Demonstrated experienced in computer forensics, network administration, and cybersecurity.
• Demonstrated experience independently starting ad finishing a project with minimal guidance.
• Demonstrated experience inheriting a project and independently finish it with minimal guidance

• Demonstrated experience working as a technical target in Customer organization
• Demonstrated experience with network testing, defensive methodologies, and network responses
• Demonstrated experience with mobile technologies, including cellular networks

The proposed salary range for this position is: $125,000.00 - $190,00.00
