Enjoying a leisurely onboarding process – mastery of multiple products within your first month is expected.
Relying on management for solutions – this role demands self-sufficiency and problem-solving prowess.

Senior Technical Support Engineer Key Responsibilities

Your mission is to create seamless harmony between human expertise and AI capabilities, specifically:

  • Handling complex technical challenges beyond current AI capabilities
  • Contributing to the evolution of our AI support system
  • Delivering solutions that set new standards in enterprise software support

Basic Requirements

- Geographic requirement: Must be located in the Americas (North or South)
- Professional background: 4+ years in technical support or engineering
- AI expertise: Advanced command of generative AI tools, including workflow automation and custom GPT development (basic prompt engineering is insufficient)
- Self-reliance: Proven ability to overcome obstacles independently
- Learning agility: Ability to master new technologies rapidly
