Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Deep troubleshooting and resolving customer issues on the Imply Druid platform within Service Level Agreements
• Attending to operational issues on Imply's SaaS offering and hosted clusters on major Cloud platforms
• Writing technical content for knowledge-based articles and documenting issues in the Zendesk ticketing system

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or customer-facing roles
• Extensive working knowledge of Linux platforms and system administration
• Strong troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge of big data platform ecosystems
• Good understanding of relational database management and proficiency in SQL
• Experience working with major Cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP is a bonus
