Job summary

You will guide process transfers, ensure cGMP compliance, and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and QA teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cGMP small molecule, peptide, or oligonucleotide API manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical oversight and stewardship for molecules produced at the Houston facility.
• Leads process transfer activities and resolves scale-up challenges.
• Mentors Process Team members and analyzes production data.
• Writes technical reports and reviews manufacturing documentation.
• Drives process improvements and supports validation activities.
