The successful candidate will oversee a small SQE team across US and EU, partnering with Factory Quality, Operations, Supply Management and Suppliers to address quality issues and implement corrective actions that ensure quality levels meet Microchip's standards. You'll drive supplier quality programs, perform supplier audits, and lead continuous improvement while supporting the Beverly

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or Engineering with 10+ years in QA managing suppliers.
• Ability to audit at supplier sites and drive CAPA and supplier improvements.
• Experience coordinating with internal QA, operations and purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Lead SQE team of 6 across US/EU, support Beverly factory.
• Drive root-cause analysis, containment and corrective actions with suppliers.
• Collaborate with factories, quality engineering and supplier teams to meet quality expectations.
