What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the development and governance of structured content for analytic methods and audit frameworks
- Collaborate with internal teams to process audit findings and summarize results
- Transform structured data into performance insights through dashboards and comparative summaries
- Contribute to standardized benchmarking capabilities and client-facing analytics
- Assist in maintaining project plans and ensure timely delivery of insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading cross-functional, project-focused initiatives
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with medical claims workflows
- Proficiency in IT applications, data processing, and integration (MS Office Suite required)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least 1 year of prior experience with the employer
- Hands-on experience with Spark, Python, and SQL for data engineering
- Familiarity with Kusto Query Language (KQL) for ad-hoc analytics
- Background in statistical extrapolation methods for audit findings
- Experience with Scaled Agile frameworks and matrixed team environments
