Amphenol Communications Solutions in Nashua, NH seeks a Senior Technical Sourcing Specialist to blend strategic sourcing with deep knowledge of engineered components and manufacturing processes. You will participate in design reviews, obtain quotations, and drive supplier development across global teams.

The role requires evaluating suppliers, negotiating costs, and ensuring on-time production while optimizing quality and delivery.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, Manufacturing, Optoelectronics, or a related engineering field.
• 5 or more years of sourcing, procurement, or supplier-development experience.
• Experience with connectors, cable assemblies, optical modules, or precision electronic components.
• Ability to read 2D/3D drawings and understand GD&T.
• Knowledge of stamping, injection moulding, electroplating, machining, tooling, or automated assembly.
• Strong cost-analysis, negotiation, supplier-management, and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsabilidades

Senior Technical Sourcing Specialist

Location: Nashua, NH

Position Summary:

The ideal candidate would combine strategic sourcing expertise with a solid understanding of engineered components and manufacturing processes. Experience with PCBs, metal and plastic prototyping methods, quick turnaround tooling, service agreements, vendor selection, and negotiations is critical to success in this role.
