Blacksmith Agency is expanding its marketing division to manage PPC and SEO for a diverse client base, including multifamily, B2B and technical sectors. As Technical SEO Specialist, you will own strategy, performance and client-facing leadership across paid search, paid social, SEO and CRO.

This hybrid role blends strategic planning with operational oversight, joining sales calls to shape scope and guiding internal and external specialists to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in PPC/SEO or multi‑channel strategy.
• Experience running paid and organic channels concurrently.
• Proficient with Google Ads, GA4, Google Search Console.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for PPC and SEO clients across industries.
• Join sales calls to validate scope and pitch recommendations.
• Create 90 day, 6 month and annual growth roadmaps.
• Own client performance across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft and SEO.
• Audit campaigns, bidding structures, landing pages and CRO.
• Oversee technical SEO, on-page SEO, link building and AI content.
• Track KPIs, attribution and analytics accuracy.
• Coordinate with marketing project manager on priorities.
• Present monthly and quarterly performance to clients.
