Job summary

Zoom is seeking a hands-on Technical SEO leader to own the foundation across Optimizely CMS, WordPress, and modern frontend architectures. You will translate search strategy into scalable production solutions and drive automation, standards, and measurable organic outcomes.

You will partner with SEO, Website Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams to improve discoverability across traditional search engines and AI-powered platforms, delivering impact on visibility, pipeline, and revenue.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical SEO or web engineering with large sites.
• Hands-on with JavaScript, PHP, HTML, CSS in codebase or CMS.
• Experience improving Core Web Vitals and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical SEO roadmap across Zoom's global web ecosystem.
• Translate SEO/AEO requirements into designs and implementations.
• Own crawlability, indexation, canonicalization, redirects, and structured data.
• Build reusable SEO capabilities and automation for CMS platforms.
• Drive performance improvements including LCP, CLS, and rendering.
• Develop automated testing, monitoring, and CI/CD quality gates.
• Define governance and standards for SEO across platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategy with revenue goals.
