Job description

the company is growing. We’ve surpassed $400M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.

About the company

At the company, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market‑leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human‑centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust the company to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.

If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.

We’re looking for a Senior Technical SEO Analyst to improve the technical foundations that help the company.com attract qualified audiences, support conversion, and build category authority across consumer, product‑led growth (PLG), and enterprise experiences. This is a hands‑on individual contributor role for someone who moves beyond audits to diagnose root causes, recommend practical solutions, implement changes, and partner with Web Engineering when improvements require code or platform development. Reporting to the Senior Manager, SEO and GEO.

On the Marketing team, we’re growing our AI capability together and redesigning how work gets done. We’ve built agents to improve workflows focused on competitive intelligence, content creation, and campaign planning, helping us stay sharp, reduce context‑switching, and surface the right information at the right time. AI helps us coordinate, execute, and uncover insights fasterso we can spend more time on what’s most important: performance, judgement, and driving the future of the company.

This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.

What we're looking for:
  • 4+ years of hands‑on technical SEO experience on a complex software as a service (SaaS), enterprise, international, or multi‑audience website.
  • Strong knowledge of crawling, indexing, rendering, canonicals, redirects, sitemaps, robots directives, structured data, JavaScript SEO, Core Web Vitals, internal linking, and international SEO.
  • Experience moving from technical diagnosis to implementation through content management system (CMS) changes, engineering requirements, release quality assurance (QA), and measurement.
  • Experience with an enterprise or headless CMS, including content models, publishing workflows, governance, and data quality.
  • Experience supporting a domain, CMS, platform, or acquired‑site migration.
  • Strong analytical judgment and working knowledge of Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), JavaScript, crawl tools, Google Search Console, web analytics, and monitoring systems.
  • Clear communication and cross‑functional project leadership, including the judgment to make day‑to‑day decisions independently and bring forward recommendations on broader decisions. Experience with Contentful, Vercel, Next.js, GitHub, GitLab, server‑log analysis, observability, automated testing, workflow automation, cybersecurity, developer products, or a global website serving both business and consumer audiences is a plus.
What you can expect:
  • Monitor and improve crawlability, indexation, rendering, site performance, structured data, internal linking, and international SEO.
  • Diagnose complex technical issues and recommend priorities based on impact, effort, risk, dependencies, and business goals.
  • Implement changes in the CMS and partner with Web Engineering on technical SEO requirements, acceptance criteria, and release QA.
  • Lead defined technical SEO workstreams for migrations and major site changes, including redirect planning, launch monitoring, and post‑launch remediation.
  • Maintain agreed taxonomy, structured‑content, internal‑linking, and data‑quality systems that support scalable content discovery.
  • Build monitoring, dashboards, alerts, and repeatable processes using crawl, search, analytics, log, and CMS data.
  • Use artificial intelligence (AI), scripts, application programming interfaces (APIs), and automation to scale technical analysis, quality assurance, and repeatable fixes with appropriate human oversight.
