Olgoonik Corporation in the Washington, D.C. metro area seeks a Program Manager to lead day-to-day management of commercial and federal security projects.

The PM will supervise professional staff and ensure contract performance. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or security studies, 10+ years of leadership in technical security operations, and PMO budgeting and staffing experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, security studies, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of management or security operations experience in competitive environments.
• Experience supervising deployed personnel and projects in domestic and overseas environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide guidance, direction, and supervision in management and execution of technical security projects including contract compliance, financial analysis, scope management, and hiring activities.
• Coordinate with government and project leads to ensure compliance and responsiveness to contract requirements.
• Review SOWs and assist with proposals and estimating efforts.
• Oversee development of SOPs, safety plans, and test plans for each project.
• Manage resources and apply QC measures to achieve project deliverables.
