Job summary

Olgoonik is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of commercial and federal technical security projects. The PM reports to the general manager and supervises professional and technical staff across multiple assignments.

The role requires extensive experience in project and contract management within competitive environments, with emphasis on budgeting, staffing, and operational planning for both domestic and overseas deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as business management, engineering, security studies, or related technical discipline.
• Experience leading professional staff and managing multiple projects in competitive environments.
• Familiarity with security operations, contracts, and federal procurement practices.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance, direction, and supervision in the management and execution of technical security projects, including contract compliance, financial analysis, scope management, and hiring activities.
• Coordinates with government representatives and OS site leads to ensure readiness and compliance with requirements.
• Reviews statements of work and supports proposal and estimating efforts.
• Oversees SOPs, safety plans, and test and evaluation plans tailored to each project.
• Manages resources and applies quality controls to deliver project outcomes.
