Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Senior Technical Risk Analyst to join Brokerage Risk, Strategy & Execution. You’ll execute technical risk assessments, manage issues, and support governance across product, engineering, operations, compliance, security, and enterprise risk.

You will partner with multiple offices in Chicago, Denver, Lake Mary, and New York with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. Robinhood emphasizes in-person collaboration to accelerate progress and innovation.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in risk management within fintech or broker-dealer sectors.
• SQL proficiency and experience with Python scripting.
• Experience building dashboards (e.g., Superset or Jira) and data pipelines.
• Familiarity with SDLC and progressive deployment concepts.
• Experience with AI-assisted risk tooling and agentic workflows.
• Experience operating GRC tooling such as LogicGate and Coda, with AI tool integration.
• Regulatory awareness relevant to brokerage operations (FINRA, SEC, CFTC).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Technical Risk Assessments, coordinating with senior engineers and stakeholders.
• Serve as single coordinator for Issue Management, triage, escalation and governance meetings.
• Maintain GRC system administration and synthesize risk data for leadership.
• Drive accountability for issue owners across a matrixed org and collaborate with EMs.
• Support automation goals to implement real-time controls in workflows.
