You will lead a Data Analytics and Solutions function, drive governance across broker dealers, and build a high-performing team while ensuring regulatory alignment and robust risk controls.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of financial services experience with broker-dealer knowledge.
• Management experience (5+ years) across enterprise, operational, tech or financial risk.
• Expertise in risk management frameworks (RCSAs, governance, exams).

Responsibilities

• Lead consensus with senior management and risk partners on risk practices.
• Evolve Risk Management Program documentation and standards.
• Oversee risk assessments including RCSAs and new product reviews.
• Aggregate and present risk data to committees and executives.
• Provide independent oversight of risk and controls for broker dealers.
• Build and mentor a high-performing risk team.
• Leverage data analytics to surface trends and insights.
