  • Location: Remote but candidates must work Pacific Time Zone hours
  • Compensation: The base salary can range from about $60-80k annually based on experience, plus benefits and uncapped commissions

What You’ll Do
  • Source, engage, and present highly qualified technology professionals, ensuring a strong match on both skills and experience
  • Lead comprehensive technical intake calls with clients to understand role requirements, desired skill sets, and cultural fit
  • Conduct in-depth technical screens to assess candidate proficiency across relevant platforms, tools, and frameworks
  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process from initial outreach through offer acceptance and onboarding
  • Build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates, offering strategic guidance throughout the hiring cycle
What Gets You the Job
  • At least 10 years of technology recruiting experience in a fast-paced staffing agency environment
  • Strong background recruiting for healthcare IT roles or working with healthcare industry clients (preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex and detailed technical intake calls with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication skills, technical acumen, and the ability to influence and advise clients and candidates at all levels
