Job description
Overview

Who we are

Samsara (NYSE: IOT) is the pioneer of the Connected Operations Cloud, a platform that enables organizations that depend on physical operations to harness Internet of Things (IoT) data to develop actionable insights and improve their operations. We help improve the safety, efficiency and sustainability of the physical operations that power our global economy across industries such as agriculture, construction, field services, transportation, and manufacturing.

Working at Samsara means you’ll help define the future of physical operations and be on a team that’s shaping product solutions including Video-Based Safety, Vehicle Telematics, Apps and Driver Workflows, Equipment Monitoring, and Site Visibility. As part of a recently public company, you’ll have autonomy and support to make an impact as we build for the long term.

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter - Product to join our team in the UK. This is a high-impact, high-profile role where you'll have the opportunity to contribute to Samsara’s growth.

Our R&D presence in Europe has grown considerably, and we are scaling our Product teams in the region. To achieve our goals, we hire exceptional talent to build cutting-edge products that digitally transform physical operations and solve real-world problems.

This is a chance to define and execute the talent strategy for our growing product organization in Europe. You'll partner with leaders to hire the best Product talent and help shape the future of our R&D hub. This is not a standard tech recruiter role; it’s about strategically building the team driving our next chapter of innovation.
