The Chan Zuckerberg Initiative is seeking a Technical Recruiter to enhance its talent acquisition strategy. The ideal candidate will leverage extensive recruiting experience to attract mission-driven talent, ensuring a remarkable hiring experience for all stakeholders while achieving headcount goals in a fast-paced environment.
The Chan Zuckerberg Initiative was founded by Priscilla Chan and Mark Zuckerberg in 2015 to help solve some of society’s toughest challenges — from eradicating disease and improving education to addressing the needs of our local communities. Our mission is to build a more inclusive, just, and healthy future for everyone.
Across our work in Science, Education, and within our communities, we pair technology with grantmaking, impact investing, and collaboration to help accelerate the pace of progress toward our mission. Our Operations organization provides the support needed to push this work forward.
Operations consists of our Brand & Communications, Central Tech, Finance, People, Real Estate/Workplace/Events/Facilities/Security (REWFS), Strategy & Operations, and Ventures teams. These teams provide the essential operations, services, and strategies needed to support CZI’s progress toward achieving its mission to build a better future for everyone.
Talent fuels everything we do at CZI; our ability to attract and hire outstanding and mission-aligned talent is critical to making progress on our objectives. Recruiters lead this crucial work and are integral to the success of CZI.
Technical Recruiters at CZI are key partners and consultants to hiring managers and leaders across the organization who develop strategies to attract and hire outstanding technical talent from a wide range of backgrounds and levels.
As a member of our Technology Recruiting team, you’ll lead the hiring delivery for a function, provide direction on a diverse and sophisticated set of candidate markets and build strategies to allow us to source, engage and hire the best talent.
