Job summary

Mesh Optical Technologies in California is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across our engineering organization, from sourcing and screening through offer close. You will partner with engineering leaders to define headcount, manage candidate experience, drive background checks, and close offers as the talent expert behind our photonics and precision hardware teams.

Relocation to sunny Los Angeles is supported; base pay ranges from $90,000 to $130,000 plus stock

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years recruiting experience in lieu of a degree.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience from sourcing to close.
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define headcount needs and open new requisitions.
• Source candidates proactively, including passive talent for technical roles.
• Screen inbound applicants and candidates, assessing technical fit.
• Present screened candidates with clear assessments and recommendations.
• Manage the candidate experience from first contact through onsite interviews.
• Drive the offer process end-to-end, including background checks and negotiations.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline across priority roles.
• Contribute to recruiting infrastructure and employer branding as the function scales.
