The Allen Institute for AI (Ai2) is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our People Operations team.
You are an enthusiastic relationship builder who is excited to make a difference at a high-impact, non-profit organization. Recruiting sits at the heart of our company and is a differentiating factor against our competitors. We are looking for an experienced technical recruiter who is eager to identify strong, diverse talent for a variety of technical positions, including, but not limited to: AI Research Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, and frontend and backend software engineers.This position will serve as our internal frontline resource for both hiring managers and candidates to effectively identify matches for Ai2's current and future openings.

Who We Are:
We are a small, agile team of HR professionals recruiting and retaining great talent that is committed to changing the world for the better. Our team includes People Operations Business Partners, a People Operations Manager (Total Rewards) and a People Operations Coordinator and a Recruiting Coordinator (reporting to you) reporting up to our Head of People.
Due to the nature of this role, this position will operate relatively independently as an island of excellence to really drive recruiting forward.
