Job summary

Commure in the United States is seeking a Senior Recruiter to scale our Engineering, Product, and Design teams. You will drive standardized, efficient, metrics-driven recruiting processes and partner with leaders to attract world-class talent.

This hybrid role requires 3 days in Mountain View or Los Angeles offices. You will own full-cycle hiring, design interview plans, manage multiple requisitions, and build diverse candidate pipelines while ensuring data hygiene in Ashby.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-volume engineering, product, and design roles.
• Experience designing scalable recruitment processes and workflows.
• Proven success in scaling a high-growth tech company.
• Excellent project management and ability to handle high-volume and targeted recruiting.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work independently.
• Experience recruiting within the software industry for engineering, product, and design.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to support Commure's growth across our Engineering, Product, and Design teams. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in scaling these orgs through standardized, efficient, effective, and metrics‑driven recruiting processes. This role will focus on cultivating strong partnerships with several leaders to find, attract, and retain world‑class talent. You will help drive alignment and talent strategy, working with leaders and stakeholders across the business to ensure we continue building the foundational teams that allow Commure to succeed.

This is a hybrid role and requires 3 days in our Mountain View or Los Angeles office.

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle both high‑volume and targeted recruiting while maintaining quality.
• Strong stakeholder management experience and ability to work independently.
• Experience with Engineering, Product, and Design recruiting within the software industry.
