Torc Robotics is seeking a senior recruiter to join our growing team. You will partner with engineering hiring teams, own the full recruitment lifecycle, and help build a robust talent pipeline across the US.
The role emphasizes direct sourcing, strong stakeholder management, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in full lifecycle recruiting, with 6+ years in engineering, and experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS.

You will be responsible for helping to scale our growing organization. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening and serving as recruiting partner to various hiring teams. This role will perform all duties of a full life cycle Recruiter.
10+ years of experience managing full life cycle recruiting with a minimum 6+ years' experience gained within the engineering industry. AV industry experience strongly preferred.
Work Location: For the ideal candidate, we are open to Remote based in the US. Working in a hybrid capacity in either our Ann Arbor, MI or Dallas Fort-Worth, TX office location would be preferred.
