Job summary

Techstra Solutions is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter in Pittsburgh to drive full-cycle recruitment for IT roles within banking and financial services. You will manage multiple requisitions and deliver high-quality candidates under aggressive timelines.

You will partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, screen, coordinate interviews, and support offers, onboarding, and start dates while maintaining strong candidate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Proven experience recruiting for technical IT roles.
• Experience supporting banking or financial services clients.
• Strong understanding of roles such as Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and Project Managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for IT and technology roles within banking and financial services.
• Handle multiple active requisitions while prioritizing urgent hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, must-have skills, and timelines.
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct candidate screening and assessments while focusing on quality.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, communications, and offer processes.
• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill technology positions.
• Support offer negotiations, onboarding, and start-date coordination.
• Track recruiting activity, candidate submissions, interviews, and hires within the ATS.
• Provide regular recruiting metrics, pipeline updates, and hiring status reports.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruiting process.
• Ensure compliance with client, regulatory, and internal hiring standards.

Senior Technical Recruiter

Techstra Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to support the recruitment of technology professionals across banking and financial services clients. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and consistently delivers high-quality candidates within aggressive timelines.

The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting across a variety of technical and functional roles, including Business Analysts, Developers, QA professionals, and other technology positions within the banking domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for IT and technology roles within banking and financial services

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting for technical and functional IT roles
• Experience supporting banking or financial services clients
• Strong understanding of roles such as Business Analysts, Developers, QA, Project Managers, and other technology professionals
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines
• Hands-on experience with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing tools
• Strong communication, organizational, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on quality, speed, and accountability

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with W2, contract, consulting, and direct-hire staffing models
• Strong understanding of recruiting metrics, including submissions, interviews, hires, time-to-fill, and pipeline activity
• Established network of IT professionals within the banking and financial services industry
