Job summary

Intrado is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager in Colorado to lead NextGen 911 deployment projects, coordinating partners, carriers, PSAPs and internal teams from planning through implementation. You will drive schedules, risk management, and stakeholder communications to ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery and customer success.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of project management experience, PMP preferred, and a strong technical aptitude with familiarity in Office and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with a technical focus.
• Experience managing NextGen 911 implementations.
• Proficiency with Office Suite and SharePoint.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior contact for deployment services to external partners, customers, carriers, and internal resources.
• Plan and monitor projects to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Lead and motivate cross‑functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure project plan obligations regarding specifications, quality, and timeframes are met.
• Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders to position the project within the organization.
• Provide status reports detailing timelines and progress to management.
