Intrado Life & Safety, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to oversee NextGen 911 deployment projects, coordinating with partners, carriers, PSAPs, and internal teams. The role emphasizes successful delivery, risk management, and continuous process improvement.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage project plans, and ensure on-time execution with high-quality outcomes. A strong background in NextGen 911, Office/SharePoint, and PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of increasingly responsible project management experience with a technical focus.
• Experience managing NextGen 911 implementations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, CS, or related field; PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior contact for deployment services to partners, customers, carriers, and internal resources.
• Plan and monitor projects to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure the project plan obligations are met regarding specifications, quality, and timeframes.
• Maintain project documentation and hand-off to production.
