Responsibilities

• Reviews project proposal to determine time frame, funding, limitations, procedures and staffing.
• Interfaces with project staff to outline work plan and assign duties.
• Oversees and manages allocation and utilization of resources across multiple projects.
• Directs staff to ensure progress within schedule and budget.
• Coordinates interdepartmental functions to minimize delays.
• Provides technical advice and reviews program status with staff.
• Prepares project reports for management and advises status regularly.
• Interfaces with customers on contract and technical requirements.
• Anticipates delays and initiates alternative actions.
