Job summary

Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a ground-up data center project in Monroe, LA. You will lead the project team, define scope, and ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s standards.

The role requires 8+ years of PM/engineering/construction management experience and strong stakeholder coordination. Data center experience is highly preferred; CCM/PMP/PE/AIA/LEED certifications are welcomed.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field
• 8+ years of project management, engineering, or construction management experience
• Experience managing contractors, consultants, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder relationships
• Data center project experience highly preferred
• CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead a project team for large projects or a program on a data center build.
• Define technical scope of project and monitor progress against plan.
• Maintain monthly project budgets and forecast expenditures.
• Communicate with client with regular monthly/weekly/daily reports.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and internal teams to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and ensure client objectives are met.

In this role, you will monitor the general contractors to ensure that the work is done correctly, on time, and to the client's standards. Ranges are determined based on the position, geography, client and industry experience and level, and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary.
