Job summary

Marvin Test Solutions, an Irvine-based aerospace innovator, seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager for airborne electronics programs. You’ll lead cross-disciplinary teams and oversee design, test, and integration to meet schedule and budget.

You will guide SRR, PDR, and CDR activities, develop statements of work, and ensure compliance with military standards, while mentoring engineers and coordinating with customers.

Qualifications

• BSEE or equivalent with solid electrical engineering proficiency.
• Minimum 5 years design/development experience on airborne equipment.
• Knowledge of military electronics requirements and standards.
• Ability to create/manage product specs and test plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, test, integration, and production of airborne electronics.
• Manage multiple LRUs across fighters, helicopters, and UASs.
• Plan and conduct design reviews and customer meetings (SRR, PDR, CDR).
• Provide leadership and technical guidance to a cross-disciplinary team.
