Responsibilities

Lead and support capital projects for interstate natural gas facilities from concept through commissioning.
Develop project scopes, schedules, cost estimates, and execution plans.
Provide project management and engineering support through all project stages.
Coordinate with stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and vendors for objectives.
Prepare requisitions and support bid evaluations and contracts.
Perform engineering analyses and cost studies to support decisions.
Monitor scope, budget, schedule, risks, and performance; advise management.
Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain proper project records.
