What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with project sponsors and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions on time and within budget
- Create and actively manage detailed project schedules and documentation
- Identify project risks and present detailed solutions or alternatives
- Coordinate project activities across multiple systems, departments, and teams
- Leverage knowledge of Finance systems to drive the right solutions for the organization

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 12+ years of experience managing large-scale Finance Technology programs
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or equivalent
- Strong program and project management skills with a proven track record of successful delivery
- Working knowledge and experience with Workday Financials
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to document findings and proposals clearly

- Experience managing conflict to achieve project goals
- Experience or certification in LEAN principles and practices
- Strong understanding of accounting processes and management reporting philosophies
- Experience with continuous delivery methodologies
