- Strong understanding of accounting processes and management reporting philosophies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to document findings and status clearly

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Workday Financials and other industry-leading ERP solutions
- PMP or Scrum certification
- Experience with continuous delivery methodologies
- Familiarity with LEAN principles and practices
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
