The role offers base salary, bonus, equity, and a range of benefits; base figures are $124,000–$155,000 USD annually, with compensation adjusted by location, education, and experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, science, or a related technical field.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, and Confluence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through full program lifecycle, including planning and closure.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project portfolio with schedules.
• Prioritize projects based on strategic importance and resources.
• Manage complex budgets including labor, materials, and subcontractors.
• Mentor and knowledge share with project resources.
• Produce clear documentation for diverse audiences.
• Translate technical requirements into delivery plans.
• Identify risks and opportunities to accelerate progress.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Operate in a fast-paced, nimble environment.
