Job summary

AIM is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager in Seattle to orchestrate end-to-end programs that span hardware, robotics, autonomy, and cloud infrastructure. You will align engineering, field operations, and OEM partners to deliver safe, reliable deployments that meet rigorous performance targets.

Lead multi-team efforts, translate ambiguous problems into clear requirements, and drive execution excellence with a focus on safety and customer readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, EE, Robotics, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years of technical program management or robotics deployment experience.
• Experience driving cross-disciplinary engineering programs from inception to delivery.
• Ability to dive into system design and communicate trade-offs clearly.
• Experience with hardware, firmware, robotics, or mission-critical software.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive end-to-end programs spanning hardware, autonomy, and cloud infra.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, field ops, and partners.
• Manage requirements, design, integration, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Ensure safety, reliability, and high operational readiness across deployments.
• Communicate with executives and stakeholders from field to boardroom.
