UiPath is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for the US Public Sector to own the compliance portfolio and drive strategy across FedRAMP HIGH, CMMC, IL5 and related DoD requirements. You will convert ambiguous requirements into clear plans and coordinate across engineering, compliance, and external stakeholders.

This senior IC role emphasizes reducing surprises, accelerating audit cycles, and maintaining a public sector product roadmap that keeps pace with a fast-moving business.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• 6–8 years delivering technical requirements, monitoring, and audits in US public sector frameworks.
• Proven Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) program ownership from initiation to closure.
• Experience driving FedRAMP change requests end-to-end.
• Proven ability to lead across dispersed teams and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical roadmap for expanding UiPath's Public Sector footprint and translate requirements into engineering workstreams.
• Manage the relationship between internal engineering and external stakeholders to reduce compliance overhead.
• Lead key technical workstreams to strengthen processes, operating environment, and readiness for audits and assessments.
• Coordinate with GRC engineering to automate manual processes like POAM and enable continuous monitoring.
• Support other international compliance obligations (e.g., ISMAP, IRAP).
