Qualifications

• 7+ years experience as a Technical Program Manager for programs involving application engineering, modernization, migration, or retirement.
• Software engineering depth to scope work with engineering teams.
• Experience in banking or regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage legacy retirement and migration projects across a payments platform program.
• Define disposition paths: retire, remediate, or migrate to new infrastructure.
• Apply a software engineering lens to technical scoping and sequencing with engineering leads.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and dependency maps across multiple workstreams.
• Identify risks and blockers and drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Track progress and report status to program leadership and client stakeholders.
• Coordinate across engineering, infrastructure, security, and compliance teams.
• Facilitate program-level ceremonies to keep teams aligned.
• Maintain documentation of disposition decisions and migration progress.
• Flag scope or timeline changes early and adjust plans.
