Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with strong Program Management background.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, enterprise-level technology programs.
• Strong understanding of financial systems, particularly credit/cards domain.
• Hands-on exposure to modern architecture (APIs, microservices, distributed systems).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs across multiple teams.
• Drive program planning, execution, governance, and delivery aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define technical solutions and roadmaps.
• Manage dependencies, risks, timelines, and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
• Ensure alignment with architecture, scalability, and security standards.
• Oversee Agile/Scrum execution, sprint planning, and release management.
• Provide regular program updates, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
• Facilitate cross-team integrations, especially across payment systems, credit/card platforms, and digital commerce solutions.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, DevOps, and CI/CD best practices.
