Clicklease is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager with deep Odessa platform expertise to lead and support complex leasing system initiatives. This role serves as a critical bridge between Product, Technology, Finance, Accounting, and Operations, ensuring the Odessa platform is implemented, configured, and enhanced to meet business, accounting, and operational requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical project or program management experience.
• Hands-on Odessa platform experience via client implementations or internal development.
• Strong understanding of leasing or asset-based finance workflows.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional, enterprise-scale initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior SME on the Odessa platform, including configuration and end-to-end workflows.
• Translate business, accounting, and operational requirements into scalable Odessa designs.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure GAAP alignment and internal controls.
• Strengthen Odessa knowledge and reduce key-person dependency.
• Lead complex technology initiatives involving Odessa and related systems.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, tech, finance, accounting, operations, and vendors.
• Own project plans, timelines, risks, and delivery outcomes.
• Drive disciplined execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Support feature rollouts and configuration changes within Odessa.
• Oversee testing, validation, and deployment for quality releases.
• Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and automation.

Compensation

$150,000 – $180,000 base salary (USD), based on experience

Modality

Remote (United States only). Strong preference for candidates based in Utah or willing to relocate to Utah. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and reside within the U.S.; remote candidates outside of Utah will be considered based on role fit and business needs.

Schedule

Full-time position with a standard weekday schedule and some flexibility. Overtime may be required during peak business periods, and availability during evenings, weekends, or holidays may be necessary in the event of critical business needs or system-related emergencies.

Role Overview

This role serves as a critical bridge between Product, Technology, Finance, Accounting, and Operations, ensuring the Odessa platform is implemented, configured, and enhanced to meet business, accounting, and operational requirements. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on Odessa experience—preferably from enterprise implementations or direct Odessa platform work—paired with strong technical program management capabilities and the ability to translate complex business needs into effective system execution.

What you’ll be doing

• Serving as a senior subject-matter expert on the Odessa platform, including configuration, integrations, and end-to-end lifecycle workflows
• Translating business, accounting, and operational requirements into scalable Odessa system designs
• Partnering closely with Finance and Accounting to ensure system outputs align with GAAP and internal control requirements
• Supporting and strengthening internal Odessa knowledge to reduce key-person dependency
• Leading and managing complex technology initiatives involving Odessa and related enterprise systems
• Coordinating cross-functional teams across Product, Technology, Finance, Accounting, Operations, and external vendors
• Owning project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery outcomes
• Driving disciplined execution across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Supporting new feature rollouts, system enhancements, and configuration changes within Odessa
• Overseeing testing, validation, and deployment activities to ensure high-quality releases
• Identifying opportunities to improve system efficiency, automation, and overall utilization
• Ensuring system changes are thoroughly documented and clearly communicated to stakeholders
• Acting as a primary liaison between technical teams and business partners
• Facilitating requirements‑gathering sessions and solution design discussions
• Providing clear status updates, risk escalation, and decision support to leadership

What you have

• 5 or more years of experience in technical project or program management
• Hands‑on experience with the Odessa platform through client implementations, configuration, or internal product development
• Strong understanding of leasing or asset‑based finance workflows
• Proven experience leading cross‑functional, enterprise‑scale technology initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business and accounting requirements into system solutions
• Strong documentation and technical writing skills
• Experience managing system implementations, enhancements, and change management initiatives
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
