Job summary

Anyscale is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex ML/AI product development across Design, Engineering and Product teams. You will plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules and communicate with stakeholders to deliver high-impact programs.

This role spans prioritization, cross-team coordination, and weekly reviews with leadership. You’ll work with cloud providers, data platforms and customer-facing solutions, helping scale our commercial OSS product to customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical work experience.
• 6+ years of technical work experience.
• 3+ years of ML projects & cloud platforms experience.
• 3+ years leading enterprise SaaS organizations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to share your work with a broader audience.
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of software development in a team with a track record of shipping software on time.
• An obsession with contributing to the development of high-performance engineering organizations and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, tracking and shipping of our core ML/AI product stack.
• Collaborate with software development and product teams to deliver scalable products.
• Assemble project teams, assign responsibilities and develop schedules to meet milestones.
• Identify risks, manage escalations and balance business vs technical tradeoffs.
• Track multi-team programs and run weekly leadership reviews.
