Job summary

Xebia is a global AI-first engineering partner seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead two connected migration workstreams within a complex enterprise program.

You will provide hands-on delivery leadership across technically complex, security-sensitive migrations, creating clarity from partially defined requirements and driving the program through planning, dependency management, operational readiness, execution, and closure.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading technical project or program management.
• Proven track record guiding multi-team migrations or transformations.
• Experience in identity, access, infrastructure, cloud, or platform migrations.
• Ability to work with senior engineers, architects, security and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate migration objectives into an executable program with milestones and owners.
• Define scope and accountability across engineering, security, identity, and infra.
• Create and maintain an integrated roadmap and identify staffing needs.
• Own the delivery plan from analysis through migration design, readiness, and rollout.
• Coordinate teams and external contributors to keep workstreams aligned.
• Ensure business readiness, communications, cutover planning, and post-migration validation.
• Maintain risk, actions, issues, dependencies, and decision logs.
• Escalate blockers with clear recommendations and drive resolution.
• Establish lightweight governance suitable for security-sensitive migrations.
