Job summary

L.V. Enterprises in Sioux Falls, SD seeks a seasoned technical program leader to own complex government-enabled programs from early customer discussions through execution. You will guide engineering priorities, shape solutions, and ensure delivery with cost, schedule, and performance accountability.

You will partner with customers and leadership to define requirements, coordinate cross-functional teams, mentor PMs, and grow business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience, including 4+ years leading technical programs.
• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field.
• Experience leading complex engineering or systems-development programs.
• Technical depth and confidence working alongside engineering teams.
• Direct experience with U.S. Government customers.
• Strong financial management, forecasting, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical programs with ownership of cost, schedule, performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner directly with customers and leadership to define requirements, shape solutions, and guide critical decisions.
• Bring engineering, operations, contracts, supply chain, and business development together around clear priorities.
• Influence technical roadmaps, design tradeoffs, and system integration.
• Support capture and proposal efforts, expand customer relationships, and identify new opportunities.
• Mentor program managers and help strengthen program management practices.
