As part of the Android and Mobile team, Googlers working on Google Play do everything from engineering our backend systems, to shaping product strategy, to forming great content partnerships. They make it possible for people to do things like buy an ebook or song on their Android phone, then have it instantly available on their laptop.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in program management.
• 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of program and project roadmaps to drive business priorities, strategic outcomes, and on-time, cost-effective delivery.
• Develop strategy and define ambiguous programs or processes that address significant challenges, measuring success by direct business impact.
• Lead engagement with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts across multiple verticals to identify dependencies and assess the impact of new programs, including regulatory, privacy, and compliance initiatives.
• Represent product and engineering teams in cross-functional forums to uncover critical dependencies and drive alignment on shared Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across partner organizations to ensure seamless collaboration.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $192000 - $278000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
