Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for EDA cluster builds and decoms to guide complex programs supporting large-scale infrastructure and semiconductor-related activities. This remote role is US-based.

You will collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and cross-functional partners to align execution, improve scalability, and drive automation, metrics and clear communications of status, risks, and dependencies. Experience with agile methods is essential.

Qualifications

  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years in software/hardware engineering or technical program management.
  • Experience with infrastructure software and large-scale distributed computing.
  • Proficiency in EDA infrastructure and semiconductor design processes.
  • Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to multitask and switch contexts rapidly.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager - EDA Cluster Builds and Decoms to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.

This role will guide complex technical programs that support large-scale infrastructure and semiconductor-related build and decomissioning efforts. You will partner closely with engineering, infrastructure, and cross-functional stakeholders to align execution, improve scalability, and keep programs moving with strong operational discipline. The position also emphasizes continuous improvement through automation, tooling, metrics, and clear communication of status, risks, and dependencies.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $200,000 – $322,000 annually
