Job summary

Disney Streaming Services LLC is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive business-critical initiatives within the Data Intelligence and Analytics (DnA) TPM team. You will coordinate planning, stakeholder management, and status reporting across Product, Engineering, and Analytics leaders in DTC.

This role emphasizes data-driven decision making and cross-workstream alignment. The position requires strong ownership, hands-on PM skills, and experience in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Technical Program Manager, Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• Ownership mindset and delivering fast with awareness of limitations.
• Strong servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution and transparency.
• Experience with large-scale cross-functional program management in a matrix organization.
• AI evangelist and hands-on LLM adopter.
• Love for data and turning chaos into actionable insights.
• Knowledge of Jira/Confluence, Airtable, Google Workspace and MS Office.
• Background in data analytics or Analytics team experience.
• Understanding of data pipelines, semantic layers, and reporting tools Looker/Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own timeline planning and on-time delivery across concurrent workstreams.
• Deliver concise, executive-ready communications and updates.
• Prioritize backlog by business impact; adapt to changes as needed.
• Promote PM best practices across DnA and partner teams.
• Develop relationships with Product, Engineering, Data Platforms and Analytics leaders.
• Take initiative to remove barriers and keep projects moving forward.
• Forecast risks and mitigate exposure across projects.
• Translate business requirements into high-level technical specs.
