Responsibilities
- Drive integration projects that improve operational efficiency and support strategic growth initiatives
- Foster collaboration across engineering, product, operations, and business teams to create alignment

- Manage program roadmaps, schedules, milestones, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery

Qualifications
- Proven experience leading large-scale integration programs from inception through delivery
- Strong technical fluency in enterprise requirements and use cases
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and align competing priorities
- Mastery of program management fundamentals, including risk management and resource planning
- Outstanding communication skills to translate complex concepts for non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party integrations
- Familiarity with large back-office migrations/integrations such as HRIS, ERP, and CRM
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of developing creative solutions
