Job summary

Roblox is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Compute Infrastructure to lead programs that develop and roll out next-generation technology solutions. You will manage infrastructure workloads across Roblox services to ensure users worldwide experience efficient, reliable, and secure platform access.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, aligning stakeholders, and delivering large-scale systems with a data-driven approach. Office-based work model with on-site presence is described.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience building large-scale infrastructure.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional engineering teams.
• Ability to translate requirements into scalable systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with cloud and on-prem infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Build advanced infrastructure solutions for Roblox developer and user needs.
• Define problem space, collect user requirements and drive engineering teams to plan and ship large-scale systems.
• Clearly communicate technology, requirements, goals, and milestones.
• Balance efficiency and priorities based on impact to the community and long-term goals.
• Align senior leadership and key stakeholders around program roadmap.
• Manage programs from beginning to end, unblocking teams and delivering results.
