Job summary

Qualifications

• Have 8+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
• Experience navigating ambiguity, managing risks, and adapting to changing priorities.
• Ability to inspire people at all levels without direct authority.
• Strong capability in change management and transformation processes.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and managing cross-functional technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Leading the full software development lifecycle and product development process for various solutions.
• Managing complex, multi-disciplinary programs from concept to market including schedule and investment tracking.
• Driving cross-functional activities and deliverables to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.
• Applying technical knowledge and initiative to contribute actively in collaborative team discussions.
• Utilizing clear written and verbal communication skills to foster trust and facilitate coordinated execution.
• Communicating program status and expectation changes to senior leaders using standardized methods.
• Providing technical guidance, mentorship, and collaborative leadership to cross-functional team members.
