Job summary

Apexon is seeking a hands-on Technical Program Manager / Program Lead to coordinate complex integration programs within the Fiserv ecosystem. You will bridge business, technology, architecture, and executive stakeholders to drive end-to-end delivery across APIs, core banking, cloud platforms, and payments.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing large-scale technology programs in banking/fintech, with strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, cloud, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale technology programs.
• 5+ years of banking/fintech/financial services experience
• Strong experience with enterprise integrations and platform modernization
• Experience with cash management, digital assets, or stablecoins
• Strong understanding of APIs & microservices; cloud technologies (AWS); core banking platforms
• Payments and money movement; data integration and reconciliation; security/regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology and banking integration programs.
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, Architecture, Security, Operations, and Compliance.
• Drive integrations involving APIs, core banking, cloud platforms, payments, data, and external banking partners.
• Facilitate technical discussions and remove delivery blockers.
• Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting.
• Ensure projects meet security, regulatory, operational, and compliance requirements.
• Manage multiple workstreams through production launch and post-launch support.
