Job summary

Photon is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional engineering teams, drive the overall planning effort, and provide technical guidance across multiple products. You will understand current state architecture, plan future enhancements, and own the delivery of features through the full Agile lifecycle.

Required are 8+ years in IT with 5+ years in leadership, strong communication skills, and proven ability to operate across decentralized teams including offshore groups.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT/tech industry with 5+ years leading engineering teams.
• Experience leading technology investments across multiple products or product families.
• Experience leading onsite and offshore Agile teams.
• Agile certification and/or PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own technical program delivery by driving feature development through the full Agile SDLC.
• Drive visibility, accountability, and execution across software development areas.
• Understand requirements, current architecture, and plan future enhancements.
• Produce architectural diagrams, specifications, launch criteria, and test plans.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with product and design teams to craft scalable solutions.
• Mentor team members on system design, best practices, and coding standards.
• Plan capacity, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement.
